RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Lu Di Lusso. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ludilusso.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back without receiving return instructions.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., swimwear, lingerie)

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is late or missing:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same one, email us at info@ludilusso.com. 

SHIPPING RETURNS

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
