    A: We curate unique pieces from partners around the globe. For orders within the UAE, please allow 5-10 business days for your curated items to arrive. For international orders, shipping times may vary. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

    A: All transactions on our store are processed in UAE Dirham (AED). For international customers, your bank will convert the transaction to your local currency based on their prevailing exchange rate.

    A: No, we never store your credit card information. When you enter your payment details, they are sent directly and securely to our payment processor. We do not have access to or save any of your sensitive credit card data on our servers.
