SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates and selected international countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@ludilusso.com to inquire about special shipping arrangements.

SHIPPING TIMES

  • United Arab Emirates: 5–13 business days

  • Other International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this link to track the delivery status of your order at any time.

DELAYS AND ISSUES

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lu Di Lusso is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Customs processing delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
